I don't think she fancies him (eww... that would be too gross) - but I think she's latched on to him. I don't even think it's a motherly thing. I think she needs at least one person to be nice to her, and is taking advantage of his kind nature. Since she's gone off Richard, she's picking Pete as her latest "buddy."

Next she'll probably latch on to Glyn, or Sam if she's still around after Friday.

I hope Lea goes soon, I'm afraid she's poisoning our Pete on (and with) the other HMs!
