It's a good point I made, he was a great housemate, but I doubt he would have won if he had a face like plug.

The people who found him ugly were probably fans of other housemates.

Hopefully at least one aaron fan can say he was ugly but they still voted for him.

Perhaps Jay would have won if he hadn't have been so disgusting, and perhaps Alex would have won if she had more voters, and perhaps Tom would have won if he hadn't been skinny, and perhaps Louise would have won if she wasn't obsessed by Jay's Poo! Aaron won because most people liked him end of....

Totally. Aaron didn't win because of looks. I think he won because he is generally a nice person (albeit a bit petulant/moody at times), doesn't excessively swear and has decent morals.

People like Aaron, Harry, Freddie Fisher and Jon Tickle are a credit to the country, as they show us that there are still decent people there. They make us viewers from across the pond think that maybe Great Britain could still be great and it isn't actually just full of a bunch of foul mouthed louts.

If it was only a few people voting many times then they'd have hardly been cheap votes!

I guess the reactions could depend on your location though, as here (in Canada) we value more traditional views and like the old image of England rather than the more recent thug culture image; so that could be why everyone I know liked either Aaron or Harry.
