No I am just saying that in the bedroom she told Ashleigh that she didnt know why she got so upset....'it was just a letter from my mum'...or similar words. Ijust found that a little extrodinary considering Ashleighs guilt and want to put it right (even though I am no Ashleigh fan).... Dont get so defensive it was an observation that seemed to be a strange reaction after she had shown the heartbreak of not getting her letter....it was almost a little ungrateful.

Very ungrateful, in my view, I am no fan of Deana that is true but for me it was her selfishness that came through most.
Getting the letter though,removed at a stroke the ability to remain the sidelined one as to the letters from home, I am just glad BB nipped that in the bud quickly and she got the letter so soon rather than days or a week later like someone had to wait for theirs last year.

As you say, words like it was just a letter from my Mum really was extraordinary. I would never say oh it's just a letter from my Mum to anyone ,even if she wrote to me every week.
I would actually be eagerly looking forward to it and looking for it too if I knew it was coming.

Right ,any views on the"Ive bought a rose bush and called it Deana" stomach wrencher? I thought it was a very odd thing to put in a letter and why buy it just becasue shes in BB, what about when shes in India for months ? VERY,VERY, iffy IMO ,but doubt disciples will agree

I think that's Deana for you, after all she turned the tears on in the toilet and was close to tears in the diary room too when she didn't get it, then after getting it she said she wasn't bothered about it and then went on to say she goes to India for 6 months at a time anyway so wasn't bothered as to getting it as she is used to being away.

Also I always give good accounts ty, but lately the threads have gotten boring so its just more fun to joke along with what they have to say

Who said it was a conspiracy??? you are way off the point. The forum is for discussion. Just because she is one of your favorites....unlike you some people dont see Deana as being all that much. If you dont like negative comments about her dont reply or read them....just join in with the positive ones... I consider my point a genuine one.

Deana seems pragmatic (does not mean cold/fake/mean) and quite admirably has the ability to look back at her emotional responses, analyse them in context and learn from them. If she's getting that upset about a letter, is that comparable to a reaction to illness, work/financial stressors, or bereavements in the outside world? Probably not. So she rationalises through her experiences and lays it to rest with her mantra "don't be silly!". Brilliant.
People like Ashleigh, Caroline and Becky, however, have the introspection of plankton yet Deana is questioned. Adam and Luke A are still my favourites but if Deana won, I'd be chuffed for her.

Well at least I would know exactly where I stood with Conor, unlike with Deana where I wouldn't have a clue.

The respect I was on about was for her Mother, I said I would never say to anyone, ''it's just a letter from my Mum''.
A letter form my Mum,my family means loads to me it would never be a throway,just a letter from her,thing like Deana's dismissal of it.

I actually like Conor for his entertainment value, to me anyway Deana has little of that,I actually also have very wide perceptions in reality so kindly don't insult me,thank you very much, just because I dare to say something against Deana.

Keep your opinions about me me to yourself please, hammer the housemates not me personally, I don't do that and don't exepct it done to me either.

I also however think my credibity stands pretty good overall and I don't have to resort to or would resort to personal insults to other members either.

It's very clear then that you do not read my posts because I have said plenty as to Conor all series all over the BB section of the forum.

As in fact, in addition to Deana,I have many other housemates, Caroline, Becky, Scott, Arron, Lydia, Chris, Benedict,Lauren,Adam, Luke A just to name a few I have commented on with regularity both when and even after some of them were in the house too.

Yep, you'd be standing in A & E with Conor. If standing at all. or you could be in the visiting room of your local prison. or lying cold on a mortuary slab because you cooked him the wrong meal on a Wednesday.
