Oh I smell a mag deal coming on. Her flat was on through the keyhole last night and it's obvious she isn't that well off. She is using bb to future her sad life. She is acting like a cougar and her bf needs to get out quick. She isn't ageing well and has issues. Get out son quick.

Until recently she was married to the very successful actor Tim Healy. I guess she did well out of the divorce.

That sounds pretty sexist - Denise is a pretty successful actress herself and I would say more well known than Tim. Maybe the bulk of the money has come from her.

Tbf, I don't think Carol has aged that badly. She's never been good looking, but that doesn't really have anything to do with anything. As for her bf, he's clearly got issues of his own, and he can hardly be a very nice person himself if he fancies someone like that. This is not a Courtney/Doug situation, she didn't prey on him when he was still a boy.

How does her flat signify she is NOT well off? Some of us don't need bling, she says that about herself. If you are brought up with nothing as she was it can be hard to spend money like water.She is notoriously frugal with herself but NOT others. She worked Saturday jobs and saved before leaving school and has worked ever since. I greatly admire her work ethic and she's supported herself for most of her adult life. I enjoyed her Autobiography and can identify with her upbringing and why she needs to be careful with money. She has certainly earned a lot over the years.

thats a bit snobby, looking down your noseish isn't it. I don't know if she has money or not but if she has not everyone who has money are into material things. Nobody likes ageing and who doesn't have some sort of issues. I'm not keen on Carols personality but if she has a mag deal coming on, so what, wish I had a mag deal coming on

she's also quite a thoughtless and hurtful person, she doesn't care if what she says upsets people, its ok to be outspoken but I think sometimes you should consider other peoples feelings before you put your mouth into gear.

Also, it's my experience that people who goes on about being so honest and outspoken are just using it as an excuse to be rude and nasty to others while not accepting any responsibility for it. I think it's incredibly pathetic to reserve the right to be an absolute asshole to people and try to turn that into some sort of saintly quality in themselves. Can't stand people with a holier-than-thou attitude.

Truly honest people who don't take pleasure in hurting others will tell you what they think when asked or when it's appropriate, but won't take every possible opportunity to shove their personal opinions in everyone else's face. They also rarely make such a fuss about again and again announcing their honesty and truthfulness. The more someone says "I'm such a nice/honest/truthful/whatever person", the more likely they're actually the opposite.

Aren't you assuming a lot claiming Carol took pleasure from hurting others. I think it was more a case of feeling so frustrated by two attention seeking misfits - she simply couldn't bite her lip any longer and just let it out.
