I just don't understand it, if you're a famous musician (and especially one like Avril who's been around for 10+ years) surely you should be used to fans wanting to meet you and 1) be comfortable with acting like their friend for 5 minutes while they get a photo taken and 2) want to do that so that they keep buying your music and tell all their friends how cool a person you were to meet. All it would take is a tiny little bit of kindness and presumably these people were paying to meet her...
