on the phone I lost a few weeks ago I downloaded Google Play music and made up an email on the spot as I don't use gmail.. signed up for a free trial with my debit card. But my phone was faulty so had to restored factory settings.. thing is I completely forgot my gmail details so couldn't access my google play music account once i redownloaded it. I'm trying to cancel my subscription now but can't seem to find any numbers I called the google play 'hardware' team and they said they'll email me with a link, which was https://support.google.com/googlepla...#topic=3364260 and it's no help at all..

should I call my bank?
