Default How are they going to decide which of the Power Housemates will be up
If the HM decide then Matthew will be up since Toya is more popular in the House or Since toya picked Matthew he will be up

Could be either.

If its down to the public then it'll be Toya. If its down to the housemates, I think it'll be Matthew.

Not necessarily. Depends who they're up with and what happens over the next 7 days.

Only because Toya was voted by her bully friends doesnt mean she wont be picked by housemates. I think Toya would get more votes then Matthew

What? That makes no sense. The date/time it was decided doesn't affect it's predictability at all.

Lots of people on here were speculating that at some point in the show the Power HM wouldn't be safe and would face eviction or something...

I really don't...the only discussion I have seen about the power is people going on about switching the final pass, people getting excited thinking the power housemate could give themselves a final pass, changing the killer nom, and being the only ones to nominate
