Even though there is no injunction in place? As far as I'm aware Rooney didn't pursue an injunction and he has been widely named in the media so is no secret. The injunction relates to an actor who also paid Helen for sex. I could be wrong

Yes theres a name they could shout out that would seriously land C5 in the brown stuff but theres a delay even on the first part of the eviction so it wouldnt make to air.

Something like Big Brother asking "Which housemate is this headline about"...the headline (actual headline from a quick Google search): "Outcry at Rooney's secrets: Wayne's sex romp babe goes into BB house".
