Ash has now become my favourite housemate. He has been pulled down by Helen a bit over the weeks but taken on his own merit I think he's been great. He's been laid back, funny and interesting. I know he won't win, based on the polls, but I reckon he should at least be in the final.

He's just got in with the wrong crowd(Helen).If he had'nt arse licked her he may have come accross better.

Why is his friendship arse licking but Ashleighs friends are all genuine... I think he just likes her company (and Winston) cause they are a laugh. Remember we see a tiny portion of the day and Winston and Helen are usually the people he has the most laughs with...

The public turned on Helen cause of her past and a few bad arguments but largely she is one the more entertaining and funny HMs its no wonder someone easy going and funny like Ash is drawn to her rather than say misery guts Danielle and her little crew (which was the alternative at the time)

Yeah, i didn't like him much at first (esp when he stuck up for Helen during the Matthew/Helen argument) but he's grown on me. Btw am i the only one that thought it was extremely funny when he called Jale a maggot?

His friendship with Helen has been good to watch.

And yep he made a few mistakes early on, but they were his doing and not because he was with Helen, just like her mistakes are her own.

Anyway I do think he should make the final, he's probably my fave male in there at the moment.

I like Ash...a pretty cool dude. He is one of those blokes who just sits there observing and throwing in the odd comment. He isn't really a live wire and my disappointment in him is that he stood up to Toya when she said everybody needs to calm the **** down...unyet he has sat and smirked whenHelen has been rude and insulting to other housemates.
That's my only disappointment in him...I would be happy to see him in the final but he hasn't done enough.
For me his whole association with Helen has been a bad judge of character and that's another good reason for him not to win.
