It's Marc who has been insulting and browbeating and bullying the entire house since he entered. It is Marc who has had multiple warnings for his behaviour. It is Marc who makes sly digs in an effort to provoke a reaction and then makes her out to be the manipulative one. It is Marc who has already labelled her as someone who will play the victim and try to make him out to be a bully to cover his arse as he does then bully her.

Yeah I haven't heard him call any of the male housemates names based on their apperance so I'm sure they didn't get as upset as the two girls who have gotten upset. I don't think so..many of the housemates have confronted Marc...and Marc has resolved this by talking in private to whoever has expressed opinion against him. I think the other housemates have handled Marc well.
Harry on the other hand, who can be equally offensive in some respects can't reach a common ground. She has just shut off instead of trying to resolve her issues with Marc. She wants to win against him instead of finding a happy medium. She has retracted because she can't beat him...she's lost the battle because she doesn't have the maturity to compromise.

Agree with this. She's given him just as much as he has to her and resorted to pathetic little physical threats. Boggles the mind that people are saying he's the bully in this situation since she spent a day in the huff. Not that I think she's a bully either, FWIW. That word is thrown around way too easily these days.

Only thing I've seen close to bullying was when most of the group were hounding Simon for 2/3 days last week.

its just a dipute in the house and harry should be able to deal with it instead of retreating - i am not ruleing out the return of dirty harry - and she has got bigger ones then his magnum and they are on open dsiplay.
