The fact that the girls knew each other prior to the show (jade & danielle) makes them close. The fact Jo is also close to Danielle makes them a group. I don't see what the problem is forming a close bond with people. Yes it is sad seeing Shilpa on her own but if she went and did the servants task things would be different and she would be part of the group aswell. It isn't the fact they are jealous they just bonded well with others.

Its not being picked on though its a game. The others have formed a close bond due to all being servants together and Shilpa was the only original girl on the main house therefore friendships will happen and bonds will form. She had the chance to bond with Jade but didn't make enough effort. She isn't being singled out for any particular reason its just they have formed a good friendship and Shilpa hasnt...well not with the girls she has with Dirk and Jermaine.
