If i was forced to, the box task.

Simply because it caused some memerable moments in one of the BB series and would test the durability of the housemates.

I could predict who would crack first, but it isn't exactly a hard task for them.

Out of those, the box task. But I remember in the first week of BB4 (before it all went pear shaped), when they had the task where two people had to be on some kind of stationary bike. They had to keep it going constantly for some crazy length of time, with 20 second breaks only allowed for people to change over (Fed screwed the task up). Although BB4 was boring, I did enjoy that task. It generated conversations between people who otherwise might not have got talking. It could be interesting with some of this year's contestants!

Milk was the one where Imogen had to sabotage it, and food to go was in BB5 and Michelle forgot the order

I think the food to go task would be good, as they seem to argue quite a bit over food. Obviously the box task would be great too.

I would like to see The army boot camp task return that was one great task although to be honest any of them would be good just give us a bit of late night entertainment.
