it's meant to shock the housemates when they return. the reaction when they come back is what it's all about. remember when Speidi came back? It;'s all about the banished housemates storming back in, preferably pissed off about people talking behind their backs while they were gone, and the reaction of the current housemates to their return.

Not only that but the housemates still in the house will curb what they say, when usually they slag off the "evicted" housemates, which causes massive rows when the "evicted" housemates return.

It's a **** twist.

The housemates will be able to see the two in the room as they will be in on the secret so basically it's the two in the room who are being spied in as they won't know they are being watched allegedly

I didn't get that from what's been announced. Are you sure?

It sounded like the housemates that aren't evicted will know for definite (instead of the usual speculation) that the "evicted" housemates are in a secret room and that's it.

It makes a change from normal evictions, so i'm all for it. And this time housemates will be in on it. If Farrah is chosen she will blow her top.

i think Rylan said on BBBots that the housemates would be "spying" on the evicted housemates

Yes I am not sure I get it.At least when those left behind are unaware of the safe house you get honest comment about those they thought where evicted.It is this which causes the embarrassment when they return but with this twist they will all be game playing.?

maybe the housmates will hear all the nasty comments about them and then have to pretend they didnt hear them when they come back in until the task ends and then it will kick off

The house will probs get rewarded if they fool them into thinking that theyre bitching about them. Farrah will return to the house really mad and then the hms will have to act surprised and then secret task is completed. Just 2 or 3 days of drama and if Marcs time in his home is anything to go by, Farrah will probably be immune.

Edit: scratch that first part, just worked out we're voting for next evictions immunity.

i think its simply that the hm's can then spin any story they like knowing that the 2 evicted will suck it up and believe it. So the bottom line is, being in the secret room will be a bad thing for those fake evicted, not a good thing.

Can't imagine why anyone would waste their money voting people to be fake evicted

Like Livia I like the idea of this twist this time, I guess that the housemates are being given the info that those in the secret place are watching them.
So that then the housemates can then do what they like to 'fool' them while at the same time those in the secret place get a wrong view of what the housemates really are thinking as to them probably.

This could be one of the better things BB has done, if it is played out well by the housemates in general.

But if its farrah and jenna as everyone believes they will expect the housemates to say mean things about them apart from scoop so how are they going to fool them say nice things about them?
