Chinese is thicker and tastes more like curry.

Chip shop is more watery and tastes peppery

Me and a friend went to a poutine restaurant and he ordered that. I never was a fan of curry, they ****ed up his order and we ended up with a free extra order. I left it in the refrigerator overnight and I had it for breakfast. It was damn good, the only time I've enjoyed curry.

We had a takeaway with curry sauce last night but the curry came to a sad end as boiling straight from the microwave after a hot up my partner managed to spill the whole boiling pot over himself and the sofa ! So my chips ended up curry sauceless
