Has this series managed to top UK vs USA?

Not for me. It's had moments of gold but I thought CBB16 was much better on the whole (and it actually kept my interest until the very end).

CBB17 was good until Megan's eviction, it became a bit dire then meanwhile CBB16 has been consistent up until the final week where only one and a half good HM's were left in the final

CBB17 > CBB16 but by a slim margin

CBB16 was great up until the final week but as much as I loved the drama I felt like some of Farrah's outbursts came across a little contrived while CBB17's best bits only lasted the first two weeks but it felt a bit more real so idk which one to vote for.

I think they extended it for the CBB16 finale - they used to be 1h45m iirc. It makes sense really what with them having 6 finalists to interview, though I'd still vastly prefer it if they had less finalists as the interviews are still quite rushed .

Looking at the discussion thread it would appear that it was also 2 hours. I also looked back at the Timebomb finale thread and it would appear that that one was 1 hour and 45 minutes - perhaps they're saving the longer finales for the Celeb series instead of the civilian?
