Celebrity Big Brother 2016 will see a return to regular nightly live feed, but don't get too excited.

We'll get an hour of live streaming straight from the house each week night on Channel 5's 5star channel.

While it's not a lot, it's more than the 30 minutes we've had on eviction nights for the current series of Big Brother.

Channel 5 confirmed today that BBUK will conclude on Tuesday, July 26 at 9PM.

The end of BB will be followed by the Celebrity Big Brother launch just a day later on Thursday, 28th July.

The new series of CBB will be back on TV from 9PM with a live show hosted by Emma Willis.

The two hour launch will be followed by Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side at 11PM, hosted by Rylan Clark-Neal before live feed begins on 5*.

Last week saw Channel 5 announce the very first details about this summer's Celebrity series, including unveiling the new look CBB eye logo.

They say that the Big Brother House will be given a glamorous make-over for the brand new celebrity Housemates, but they shouldn’t make themselves too much at home, because despite the shiny new look of the house they must remember, all that glitters is not gold!

I'd be much happier about this if they'd have kept it for the civilian version as well, but the fact that they've specifically brought it back just for CBB is a ****ing joke.

I'll probably watch if it's a good series, hope there's some live feed STRAIGHT after the highlights show because I like that idea of watching highlights then live. Then have BOTS after if they must but I'd have tuned out by then most likely. Anyways, on the days where there's a gap between the HL show and BOTS hope we have the live feed then instead of midnight.

That emergency meeting they apparently called a few weeks back regarding the Twitter updates gives me some hope. I really hope for the sake of us fans they stand their ground going forward into new contract negotiations and say that BBUK is a package deal and they can't have CBB without civilian, just as they did when they acquired the show in 2011

The thought of C5 losing their beloved prize possession because of their hatred for the civilian version is hilarious to me

I'd rather they axe both civilian and summer CBB and keep the winter CBB running, rather then digging civilian BB and even bigger grave, it's a shame they can't just cast civilian BB off to another channel since it's clear endemol still like it.
