No he doesn't. I swear he's got ADHD or something. He's like a kid constantly seeking attention. I thought surely no one can be like him all the time but he's keeping it going. Yep, say what you will about Bear, he is highly manipulative, which requires a certain cleverness or craftiness.

Heavy D is just annoying and seems to have no idea how he's turning a bad situation into something dangerous.
