I remember seeing on some other site some supposed "rumour" of BBUS vs UK vs CAN vs AUS with "teams" similar to the cliques or teams this season in BBUS. I took it with a pinch of salt, but perhaps they are contacting multiple BBUK housemates to ensure they have enough for a team (I'm assuming they would need 4 for each country?)

If any version is gonna do the international All Stars many fans dream of it's gonna be BBCan, I'll be very surprised if they do though

Would you cast new players or veterans for the Canada team? I'd imagine we'd know pretty far in advance if they were doing this, because they wouldn't need to open a casting call for it.

I'll try to find it! I originally saw the link through another forum I wasn't a member of - may have been Joker's Updates.

Either way, I doubt it was true either. It just now makes me skeptical since apparently Laura was contacted - they did ask a pretty irrelevant houseguest from the italian version so who knows!

That being said, if any country was going to do a World All-Stars, I think it would definitely be Canada as we already experimented with the International Wildcard twist and Nikki and Tim were generally loved!

As much as I love Laura and I'd be here for her, it does seem like an odd thing to do. Noone in Canada knows her surely? And even if they didn't know Nikki, at least she was a BB legend so it could be sold on that. I mean regardless of how much anyone enjoyed Laura this year she can't really be sold as a legend so will it not just seem really random/pointless to Canadian viewers?
