The only decent left wing party were 50 odd years ago...since then they are simply a revolting party consumed with envy, lies, spin , mind numbingly stupid self defeating policies and self interest. By "the left" I can only assume you mean Blair/Brown's slightly right of centre labour government. As they were in power at the time. .
