The difference is that Chanelle talks about her bits in a jokey way whereas everytime Ellie talks about things sexual or bodily fluids it sounds like she's trying to drum up some interest.
She probably does allright out in Magaloooooof with all the blind drunk desperados looking to notch up those numbers ('blind' being the key word).
