You are so wrong. Jess has had a relationship with both Ann and Amanda and she is entitled to discuss whatever she wants with them. She doesnt profess to know politics yet she is honest that she didnt vote in the brexit and also about the prime minister.

Judging from the facebook crowd it is because she was on EOTB and she argued with Stephen Bear on it.

Think her letter gave her a confidence boost and she opened up to the people she admires most in the house. She's talked about brexit before with Ann and imo if it was about arse kissing she would have backed down when Ann disagreed about the public vote

Edward Heaths Con govt from 1970 to 1974, took us in in 1973.
No election,no referendum.

It was Labour and Harold Wilson who when elected in 1974,did a rather weak re negotiation of terms and then held a referendum in 1975, as to the UK staying in or coming out.

No vote was held before the treaty was signed and the UK in,in 1973.

Heath won the 1970 election and then took the UK into Europe in 1973.
No new election,no referendum at all.

Wilson and Labour took power after both elections in 1974.
Then they held a referendum in mid 1975, to STAY in or leave.
Not Heath.

That's what I said.
Heath took us in in 1973.

Ann said we were taken into Europe with a referendum which we were not.

The vote was over 2 years later to stay in not go in.

I think Jess is impressionable and behaves how her environment expects her to behave. I'm not surprised that in the house run by a stern grandma Ann, Jess acts as a cute and naive grandchild.
I think this "family" theory of the house this year talked about on cbbbots makes a lot of sense.
