What if things were different and all the women just nominated Andrew & Shane J ?? , what would the producers of done to get their TRIPLE EVICTION STILL ??
  .With just the women nominating ,there was no guarantees the votes would be spread out . They could all of easily voted the exact same ,but i guess the producers were confident that they'd pick more than the 2 names . But their plan could of still been scuppered unless they had a backup or an ace up their sleeve? .

They'd be forced into doing another twist.
I imagine they'd tell the housemates that their nominations count for nothing and as a result for losing the task, all men face eviction. They've voided nominations before in the past just for the hell of it.
