So I've been doing a little bit of research on BBUSA and CAN and I've found out that there were some alternate housemates that got replaced last minute, or there were housemates that replaced someone else. I've also seen some occasions where a housemate has been cast on an earlier season, but they got cut but were cast a few years later again. So I was just wondering, are there any known alternate housemates or housemates cut from the casts?

Dawn Ward was meant to be in CBB20 but she pulled out last minute and was replaced by Karthik

Beth Chapman was meant to be in CBB18 but there was something wrong with her Visa and she couldn't come to the UK.

Sezer and Maxwell were guinea pigs for BB5

Bex (BB9) auditioned for BB7 and you can see a clip of it during BB7 launch

Apparently Michelle BB5 was a last minute replacement as the original person dropped out a day before launch night

Natalie Nunn was meant to be in CBB21 but producers messed her around too much

Lil Kim was meant to be in CBB5 but rejected the offer due to wanting more money. Imagine how different that series would have been..

Kerry Katona was supposed to be in CBB7, but got placed in CBB8 instead because she failed the psych tests originally...

I think it was the other way round, Susie was a stand-in for BB5 and Lea auditioned for BB6 but they wanted her for BB7 instead.

Graig (BBCAN3) was meant to be on BBCAN2 but had an injury and was replaced by Jon. Emily (BBCAN5) was also meant to be on BBCAN3 but they found someone else of a similar stereotype I think.

BBCAN2 would've been completely different without Jon - Neda definitley wouldn't have made F3!
