To be fair I think there's a language barrier issue here for Nicky; the nickname is "Hilldawg" (like "Snoop Dawg") not "Hill Dog" and it's supposed to be jokey in a friendly / endearing way rather than... well... calling her a dog .

I too am shocked that the man who has visited his golf clubs every four days since his inauguration, who played golf while the flag flew half mast after the Parkland shooting, who skipped Barbara Bush's funeral to play golf, who skipped his own White House rally to play golf, is able to play golf
