Since Leah has been excommunicated (Suppresive Person) by the church getting the two of them together in the house would be impossible. Kirstie would never agree to something like this. Leah is the better choice anyways...

Like I said above there wouldn’t be any drama as Kirstie is not allowed by Scientology policy to have anything to do with a Supressive Person (SP)... She’d either drop out completely or quit immediately upon entering.

Even if they were to go in together, I doubt too terribly much would come of it (maybe low-key drama). I don't even think Kirstie could go in, as she's a bit averse to confrontation when it's above her pay grade... besides, she won't be put in a position that puts the church in a bad light... she would probably avoid if that were the case.
