I feel like CBBUS still has the budget and reputation to not book the kind of Z-list reality stars CBBUK has had to rely on. Like I highly doubt we would see the likes of Frenchy, Marissa Jade, Natalie, New York etc etc on CBBUS

Yes they did, but she was on an established reality show in America and did other stuff outside the real housewives. I don't know how to explain it, but I think some people CBBUK booked would be seen as too "trashy". For instance, I also don't think they would book porn stars like Jenna Jameson or Farrah Abraham. If CBBUS was on a channel other than CBS then maybe.

Different audiences. VH1/MTV gear towards a much younger audience and VH1 especially embraces its trashiness. Bravo's target is more middle aged women and the show/channel at least pretends to be somewhat classy.
