Why does Lewis F think that Zoe is a guaranteed evictee if she is up for eviction. He kept saying that she doesn't want to go home ,given this the reason why she should steal Lewis G coins, which makes it seem that he thinks that she would be unpopular outside the house.

Zoe probably thinks that anyway. She was saying on day 1 she'd definitely use it, but that was on her own in the DR. Face to face is so much harder for someone quite meek.
