If we're only counting civilian, I'd go with BB16. Virtually every post-4in4out HL show had at least one of Marc/Helen/Harry/Joel/Danny causing or being involved in an argument, and in a pressure cooker environment like BB, minor disagreements do become arguments, which also gives 16 the edge.

13 wasn't really that argumentative tbh. Bitchy and nasty yes, but there wasn't that much arguments.

Both insiders and outsiders were too afraid to say anything to their faces for the most part.

Tbf there were quite a lot, especially little random petty ones (the best ones ) over nothing in the early weeks. None of the rows turned into huge kickoffs but they were still pretty frequent

I agree in the early weeks there were minor rows, but when the insiders/outsiders divide commenced, there wasn't that many.

The only arguments I can think of during BB13 are:

Becky vs Chris
Deana vs Arron during the laughing task
Adam vs Shievonne (Twice they've argued)
Lydia and Deana vs Arron

Unless I'm missing some more

BB17 I’d say

Natalie, Hughie and Ryan being the most vocal housemates having many EXPLOSIVE arguments during their time in the house.
Georgina had petty arguments for 4 weeks almost everyday lmao love her ����
There was literally like 5 arguments a week in BB17

Then closely followed by BB18 which was just full crazy ��
