They're some of the best one's that could be possible, who's writers and cast are still alive and haven't done a Christmas special before (I don't think)

Little Britain seems unlikely given that Matt Lucas has vocally distanced himself from it.

The Inbetweeners could randomly be a pretty decent Christmas Special. They all agree to meet up "for a pint" on Christmas eve, having not had a proper reunion for years, high-jinx ensues, Christmas is ruined, etc.
