If you have dyslexia or some kind of mental handicap then i'm sorry but simple words such as "what" are not that hard to learn.

Indeed English is still taught at schools - often well.

It can often be the case the the starting point appears to get lower and lower as the years go by ......

In addition, so many think it uncool to learn and talk posh - ie in sentences
