People who want plastic surgery but can’t afford it will go on the show and pitch their surgery dreams to a jury of strangers - who will pick which pitcher they’ll award the surgery to. Will air on Channel 4.

This type of show has been touted a few times but always faces the obvious problems. Horrible concept and no place for it on TV IMO.

I know reality TV has always had a murky history with playing with the mental health of its participants but this has to be a new low...

I remember another show years ago on MTV where they'd give teenagers plastic surgery to look like their favourite celebrities. I'd say that was worse but this is pretty damn close.

Many TV doctors and surgeons have turned down positions on this as they just don’t think it’s in any way morally correct for TV.
