Oh well if The Sun says it then it must be 100% FACT??? , I'd be really annoyed if it was true but i can't see producers letting her leave to do that and then re enter ?? what would be the point ?? .

They only get contact with family and friends if it's arranged by IAC , or if there's some emergency.

Well she has wore it during most of her time in the jungle including doing trials then moves it 2 days ago

On the subject of jaq, she spends so much time crying and then when the letter to her got read, no tears, you think she would cry at that as most people cry at letters from home, she seemed unbothered, so i do wonder how much of an act she puts on

Wouldn’t say ‘so much time’ we only seen her cry 4 times which isn’t all the time. She wasn’t unbothered we saw her happy in the telegraph she said she felt so much better. It seemed she was trying to not to cry.

But if it was an "act" then a letter from home would be the obvious time for her to "act". So that doesn't make sense.
