Nah I just read through it and it's actually a very moderate/sensible interview now that the pantomime of electioneering is over. Here's a quote that jumped out of the page at me, too;

He rejected claims that he should have ended his New Year holiday early to return to deal with the Iran crisis. Asked about this, he said:

"I was not in this country but I worked very hard, as you can imagine, in making sure there was a European response."

Interesting wording? Doesn't sound much like Brexit Britain rhetoric to me... I suspect we might already be seeing less of the isolationist-pandering now that they have their majority sorted .

(Which is a rather good sign)
