"Quina" from Final Fantasy IX. I could write you an essay on all the reasons why.

1. Estelle Heurassein (Tales Of Vesperia) - Really badly written imo without going into too many details.
2. Rita Mordio (Tales Of Vesperia) BLASTIA! BLASTIA! BLASTIA! Bleeding BLASTIA! I swear that word got stuck in my head for months due to Rita repeatedly saying it like a stuck record throughout the Game.
3. Kim Bauer (24: The Game)
4. Mayumi Madarame (Yakuza 5) - A minor character in the Game tbf.
5. Flynn Scifo (Tales Of Vesperia)
6. North (Detroit: Become Human)
7. Karol Capel (Tales Of Vesperia)
8. Markus (Detroit: Become Human)
9. Haruka Sawamura (Yakuza Franchise)
10. Haru Okumura (Persona 5)

Ironically most of the characters are not as bad for me as my worst TV Characters.

I totally disagree on Trevor by the way guys, he's only a questionable character if you view him as a third protagonist rather than, essentially, the central antagonist who you happen to play as 1/3 of the time. If you think of Trevor as "the devil on Michael's shoulder", his ridiculous over-the-top "edgelordness" makes perfect sense. He's an avatar of Michael's (the actual protagonist of GTA 5) psychological and ethical struggle and is thus somewhat two-dimensional on purpose. As is Franklin.

Unlike most games where the "best" ending is the one where you save the most people, The "good", "proper" and most narratively complete ending of GTA5 is the one where Trevor dies.
