The stuff I go through on a daily basis without catching covid, and the lifestyle I suffer when not working! I reckon I'm 100 percent Anglo Saxon.

I reckon everyone's body was designed for the little bit of land they originally came from.
For example. The darker the skin needing more sunshine for the body to gather more vitamin D. The lack of sunshine and the diversity of london and other areas of the uk could be a serious cause. |

I think potentially a large part of the issue might be minority groups are less likely to seek medical help for things, for many reasons but one from someone I know, she tends to avoid doctors and such as she has suffered racism previously there. Its not the answer to just not seek help when needed of course, but I get it..
Not saying thats the only reason though. 'BAME people more affected because racism' is absolutely not my point but I cannot seem to word that to say exactly what I do mean :S

This made up rubbish about people of colour doing the low paid jobs.
Go to the towns and villages of the entire uk and show me them. Fair enough. The face of the uk may look like that when reported like this programme because they centred entirely on london, with a dash of Birmingham. But it's not like that at all in the towns around the world.. All my mums bin men are white and she lives in a town of 10 thousand. It's still someones aunties sisters brother coming round to check on your granny or to diagnose your mum down the local gp. Tabloid junk, that's what I say about this show. Apart from the first 5 mins and the vitamin d expose. |

Tbh most people in the UK should be supplementing vit D, deficiency is rife, but it is also more common the darker your skin is.

I didn't watch this, but it is something I've been pondering.
Did the show have any conclusive answers about whether it's a lifestyle thing, or a genetic one? |
