Default Did they do their best?

Do you think they did their best in the 'not sleeping' task or could they have tried harder? opinions?

it may seem really easy but it really isnt. staying awake for 60 hours isnt a joke. i think they really did try their best but theres other ways to stay awake than coffee. they made it over half way thru, they couldve done the whole thing.

There is no question that the task was very difficult but they could have done it if they had worked it out right. Basically all but two could have slept for four hours and the other two for slightly less whilst acting as alarms. They could have used the actual alarm as a wake up call for everyone as well.
As it was, they were each destined to get just over two hours sleep which they saw as unattainable.
Not starting the task at all might have been the smart decision but in light of the fact they are on for a laugh and a game they should definitely have given it a better go. It was just about to get interesting and could have been a triumph for them jointly!

They could of lasted longer but it did sort of make sence to give up if people were going to end up falling asleep anyway. Especially with the twins birthday and everything.

But But But - don't some of these people brag about their partying and staying out etc etc

To them it looked like work, they want their z-list celebrity status but don't want to work for it

I have to admit that it was a really difficult task - you just can't function without a bit of sleep... I felt for them, and even felt tired watching them! However, I felt they just didn't put enough willpower into the task at all... they all seemed pretty annoyed at each other and were biting each other's heads off, so they couldn't have been in the mood for team spirit.

I felt they should of kept going becaue they were half way. If they entertained each other and made better use of their time it would of flown by.
