I don’t know but if it’s already spread between extended family members in London it sounds like it’s only get more prevalent.

Apparently they occasionally find just a solitary case but very , very rarely as many as this which is why they’re classing at a National incident

There have been multiple findings over a period of months all genetically related ..
that’s how they know it’s spreading from family member to other extended family members and contacts ... apparently

Isn't Polio still one of the routine childhood vaccines?

I'm sure my son had a Polio vaccine when he got the other childhood and pre-school ones. Hopefully most people will have had a vaccine

I think during covid some people ended up not getting their kids vaccinated for fear of catching covid or just not being able to access their surgery.

I guess it is these people they are targetting

There is around 10% of Parents that have not got their under 5's
vaccinated,
that will be the UK problem.
