What is Fantasy Premier League...

How to register

To play Fantasy Premier League for the first time, you must register on the FPL site.

Head over to https://fantasy.premierleague.com to register your account by submitting an email address, setting up a password and then confirming your email address.

Once you have set up your account and chosen a team name you are ready to start playing.

How to play

FPL is a game that casts you in the role of a Fantasy manager of Premier League players.

You must pick a squad of 15 players from the 2022/23 Premier League, who score points for your team based on their performances for their clubs in PL matches.

Prices are given to players based on the number of FPL points they are projected to deliver and you are limited to a budget of £100.0m for your 15-man squad.

How are points awarded?

Points are awarded to players for goals, assists, saves and clean sheets.

Players can also earn additional bonus points in Fantasy as a reward for a good performance in a match (see the Bonus Points System for more).

Your team's points for the match round or "Gameweek" will be scored by your starting XI. But if a starting player does not feature for their club in that round of matches, the points scored by the first player on your bench will automatically be counted instead.

The same process occurs if two or three starting players fail to appear.

You can also earn extra points by selecting a captain from your starting line-up. The captain's points are doubled in that Gameweek.

1st wildcard is from GW2 to GW16

From the end of GW16 to the deadline of GW17 everyone has unlimited Free transfers due to the World Cup break.

2nd wildcard is from GW18 to GW38.

Im still not sure on Haalaand. I really want Reece James and £6m is a fair price, if he plays regularly.

Bernando is good at £7m.

Im sure some people are gonna try have Son, KDB, Salah and Haalaand. But doesn't leave much for anyone else really.

Getting 4 Premiums in your team is almost Impossible. Coupe be done maybe, but you would have those 4 and then 11 players who are a mix of 4.0 players & two 4.5 strikers.

Yeah your whole bench wouldn't be playable at all, and your other players would be low end for sure.

No i read he might be leaving, or wants to leave. So yeah maybe his price reflects his rumoured unhappiness at City.

Sterling at Chelsea is a pretty big risk at £10m. Think i'd prefer Mount at £8m.

It's gonna be a toss of a coin between Haalaand and Kane for me i think, both £11.5. Salah or Son too. Probably Salah as Liverpool's first 7 games are very winnable. Chelsea on GW8 seem to be their only "on paper" trickier game.

Big decision between Luis Diaz and Robertson.

Want Haaland, but Kane might be the wiser choice.

Will not touch Jota or Nunez at this stage.
