Default Canterbury Restaurant/Pub : workers will now work for Free

Their Electricity Bill last Nov 2021 was £2,400

It will now Rise to £6,500



Great Fresh Food they were cooking
Chicken Korma


Their staff are now going to WORK
for free

I thought that limit was set at 59% but went up to 80% so why are seeing such outlandish examples ?
