I'm so sad and feel lonely even though I live with my boyfriend. Things are not good and I feel I've hot to be happy cos its nearly Christmas etc.

You only need to be happy when you ARE happy
Have you spoken to your BF. You need to tell him how you're feeling, you may be able to work it out together but if you act happy because its Christmas, he might not know you're not happy.

I just got home and I'm crying. I don't know how I held it together on the bus tbh.

Things are not right. I don't get any affection anymore. We used to be so loving. Is it just me being silly.

No. Your feelings are valid either way but I’d talk to him first and find out if he’s just been under a lot of pressure lately and forgotten about intimacy accidentally (it does happen). Maybe this is something the both of you need to start off by trying to work through together, hm?
