Finally! It should've happened when he faced Punam with his waving a stick routine.

The leaderboard did notably protect Montell this week though.

So were we facing a situation where we would've had four weak vote getters going into the top 8, if the judges had've eliminated Wynne?

What do you guys think of this result?

I'm going to do another guess of how I think the public vote went this week.

1st Place - Chris - 9+7 = 16 points
2nd Place - Sarah - 8+7 = 15 points
3rd Place - Pete - 7+8 = 15 points
4th Place - Jamie - 6+5 = 11 points
5th Place - Montell - 5+8 = 13 points
6th Place - JB - 4+9 = 13 points
7th Place - Wynne - 3+6 = 9 points
8th Place - Shayne - 2+5 = 7 points
9th Place - Tasha - 1+9 = 10 points

I'm really unhappy with this. Not at Shayne being in the bottom two tbf. But to them saving Wynne over him. Knew full well.they would. Biased as he'll.

I get where you're coming from.

Personally though I am glad that someone that was hovering in the bottom three of the votes nearly every week has gone.

We only need one poor vote getter in the series imo.

Shayne should've been saved? he danced a way more technically difficult dance than Wynne's freestyle yet again

Not a fan of Shayne or or Wynne however I'm confused by Shirleys decision. She put Wynne through because it was a jolloer dance? They were two completely different dance styles so of course the Rumba would be a little less jolly, Shayne performed better than Wynne in the dance off. I think Wynne should have gone and then Shayne next week.

I avoided looking at this thread because I try to follow the misleading BBC trying to fool people that the results are live on Sundays.
It's unbelievable the BBC still do this.
Cut the chatter on the show and all could be done in the Saturday show

However I felt from Saturdays show when she made her comments that Ms Ballas would, if Shayne were in the bottom two against someone she's biased towards, then she'd kick Shayne out
Wynne is one of her favourites.

I agree with Strictly Jake too, for a head judge choosing to save someone because they did a jollier dance was absolutely pathetic.
Imagine if Shayne had clowned about doing the Rumba.
Her comments would have been likely unprintable as to criticism.

Really she needs to go in my opinion.
Just have 3 judges then ties won't happen so no need for any head judge at all.

Shirley is the main reason why I think that the judges comments across the board has become so clownish on Strictly these days, as head judge she sets the tone and unfortunately it's not good what she brings to the Show imo.

Eliminating Shayne because he had the less jolly dance is joining scoring Pete a 10 for his last dance as really absurd Shirley moments from the weekend's episodes.

I've never agree with Shirley being the Head judge anyway. It should have been Craig, all right and proper. She just appeared and wham bam instantly got that power. Wrong Wrong Wrong! If Craig had the casting vote Wynne would be toast.

Pathetic how he's getting blatantly favoured and will undoubtedly make the final against the publics wishes. Disgraceful.

Hamza seemed like a nice guy, but he mainly lived off two dances imo.
