I mean it's hard to say because Emily is from this season but I do believe that there isn't really a problem with them being eligible to win; most other late arrivals have been aside from BB18. I think they will because they'll have made it through most of the series if they are to stay from tonight's show until the end of the series. There's no point of putting them in the house if there's no real stakes for them because there's no reason for them to even be nominated for eviction.. don't think there's a need in them just sitting there in the house.
I'd imagine they'll just say 'well they didn't get a proper chance so this is their second chance!!' I think it would be different if they had been previous winners of the show
To be honest, I just the producers were annoyed that they left the house so early on and wanted them to stay for storylines lol

…I can’t see how they wouldn’t be…/…it would seem unfair for them not to be eligible so long as they’re staying in the house (…permanently until/unless…)…they’re voted out…It’s not the first time that there have been house additions and I think most have been eligible to win in the past…

Because they’ve seen and heard everything and as such they both have massively unfair advantage when there’s £100,000 at stake

If one of them wins I would be onto my solicitor in the morning ..unless there was a clause in my contract saying that they are allowed to bring people in at a late stage knowing everyone’s secrets and preferences and alliance
