…I liked Stefan…...I mean he was never going to win but I think he would have been a much improved each week and he’s such a storyteller to watch…/…and also seems like a lovely guy…not the gruesome Paul Robinson at all…I wish him a good recovery from his leg injury…as he’s a bit older, these things can create permanent weaknesses etc…

in the german version this is a rule even, in case of withdrawal, the last eliminated couple gets brought back to the competition



when Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht broke his knee (my favourite that year ) Barbara Meier and Sergiu Luca were reinstated, and they went on all the way to the final to 3rd place


or when John Kelly had to withdraw due to a death in the family, our Loiza Lamers was reinstated, and lasted few more weeks until week 7


or when Hardy Kruger Jr couldn't dance further due to covid-19, Princess Lilli was reinstated after actually been eliminated in week 1, she survived one week on public votes, after eliminated on week 3



this is just most fair tbh, to do everything for a most competitive series
