NHS waiting list apparently stands at 7.4 MILLION …

My 87 years old neighbour as actually given up on his life saving operation - he’s been waiting 2 years last month

Won’t that mean that some judges may be targeted / blackmailed/ families threatened by organised crime gangs if they are deciding on a case that effects them ..

The gangs can’t get at the whole jury currently

It's not policy, yet.
It's just one of many things being considered.
However personally I'm against this thinking and in my opinion it would be just plain wrong to do.
