My town recently released a map of toilet facilities in the town in places that don't mind non-costumers using them. At least one had a "ribbon cutting", using a roll of toilet paper

Anyone can happen to be skint and in need of the bog when they’re out and about but there’s never any need for abuse if those facilities are denied. They’re still fundamentally a business and not a charity. I get it.
