Shilpa to be new Bond girl?

Daniel Craig's next on screen love conquest could be non-other than Bollywood beauty Shilpa Shetty.

Shetty, 32, has been described as the 'perfect leading lady' to square up against 007 and it has been reported the Celebrity Big Brother star is about to 'seal the deal'.

Producers of the next flick, Bond 23, are desperately trying to sign her up because she sells out cinemas across Asia.

A source said: 'Shilpa is having secret talks with the top brass who are working on the next movie.'

As far as they are concerned she has it all – she is beautiful, feisty and a great actress. But they also want someone who is a big star prior to the film, which Shilpa is.'

'She has a huge following in Bollywood, as well as a number of fans in the Western world – especially in Britain – so she will be great for box office sales,' the source added.

A spokesman for Shetty said she could not comment on the story today.

I can't believe that Shilpa Shetty, a housemate from Celebrity Big Brother would be chosen as the next James Bond girl? All the actresses that could do that part and they pick her. I hope they choose someone else instead.

l think Shilpa will be a very good bond girl, the girl is stunning,tall ,sexy and very good actress, she will fix in the role very nicely and she can sure kick ass.

Well in terms of the body, I think Shilpa has a fab body. Femine, curvy, healthy and very fit. And the fact that she doesn't do certain acts or wear certain clothes adds a mystical aura of "will she or won't she" around her.

However bodywise, she is perhaps of the most natural shape

And I always feel Bond girls need to be sweet, sexy and alluring and I really think Shilpa has that. The west audience perhaps thinks Shilpa is covered up from head to toe, but she can carry of dresses really well but not crossing the vulgarity limit
