Yes? They were amazing; Rhydian was no doubt better technically, but I hate that song, and found it all a bit boring. Hope took an interesting song and made it their own, to use a cliched expression.

Beverley just reminded me how much better Maria was when she sang it a couple of years back. She was amazing last week, but just terrible this week.

It's the only style he can sing in. He is classically trained and he can't let it go. It is why he is a Joseph reject and went out in the first auditions. For the same reason he should have never made it this far in the X Factor. He said he was more than a opera singer and he has failed week after week to prove it. So he either knows he can't sing anything else and he lied to the judges during the auditions or he has discovered during the show he is much more limited than he thought he was.

That's his voice though, he's not suddenly going to become a rock singer is he? He's done different types of song but his voice isn't going to change, it's not the versatility factor.He should be judged by his voice.

Niki's mainly a ballad singer, so is Beverley but they don't get anything aimed at them.
