On Leon's album they should record a studio version of that duet with Kylie? Ussually I'm against X factor covers but as an album song it could work very well i think. What do you think?

I really enjoyed it - one of my favourite performances on the show. The two of them really seemed to click and get on which is pleasant to watch, considering they had only met 24 hours earlier! Also, Leon did feel extremely comfortable which seemed promising within itself. I wouldn't mind if they released it: people keep watching the Youtube video (myself included!) It is quite a substantial amount of viewers' favourite performance.

wonder if it'll be predominantly swing influenced. He had to do a swing version of Better the devil you know for it sound even half decent. So for his album he'd better stick to what he's good at.

Kylie im guessing is a "nice A-Lister"

As in she's an A list celebrity, but she isn't so self obsessed that she doesn't appear on other people's shows that aren't about her being interviewed.

Eg. Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera etc.

So she was nice enough to appear on the X Factor, mainly due to Dannii being there of course. Since I honestly don't think she'd have been there otherwise.

So the question is, would she or her manager approve of her doing a duet with this random British talent show winner? I think they might view it as her putting her career at risk.

Since releasing an actual song is serious business and will be judged harshly by critics and music experts worldwide.

Whereas appearing as a guest on a show is all for a bit of fun.

But if it happened, I suppose it'd be interesting ^_^ I can't say it'd be good, since I dislike POP music.

Kylie was considered to be a joke act when she first started out. She's been doing the rounds in the UK at the moment, appeared on SCD I believe, I think she's doing a lot of promotional work for her new album/single or whatever. She'd quite possibly agree to it as she seemed to really get along with Leon.
