The Spice Girls have spoken. Today they sent an email to their Australian fans who pre-registered on their official website asking them how much they want them here in the country.

“It has been the most amazing year and we have been overwhelmed by the incredible response from fans wanting to come to our gigs,” says the message signed by Emma, Geri, Mel B, Melanie C, and Victoria. “This has meant it has taken us a little longer than we had hoped to sort all of our other dates out, but we would now love to hear from you about how many tickets you would like so that we can try and get our dates sorted for 2008.”

The Girls are asking all interested fans to go to a special Australian section of the Spice Girls official website and register how many tickets you would like to buy. Based on the demand for tickets, the Girls will then reschedule the rest of their tour, including the Australian tour date originally scheduled for January 2008.
