BIG Brother babe Chanelle Hayes is back in the house.

But instead of entertaining us with her wild antics in front of the spy cameras, the Yorkshire lass is revealing her helpful hints for its new residents.

One year on, Chanelle is the last BB8 housemate still going strong. She is preparing to launch her new VH1 reality show, Chanelle: Wannabe Popstar, on Friday night.

Meanwhile, her rivals have enjoyed their 15 minutes of fame and all but disappeared.

As we gear up for another series of freaks, wannabes and oddballs, the 20-year-old tells Katie Begley how to succeed where so many others have failed.

AUDITIONS

Be yourself: “Don’t try and be someone you’re not because the producers have seen it all before and will just dismiss you straight away.

“They are looking for bubbly characters, not complete freaks.”

Don’t dress up: “People think that they have to go to the auditions in fancy dress just to be noticed, but the reality is those people are instantly overlooked. They don’t want to turn the show into a circus, so leave your clown feet and naughty nurses outfits at home.”

Play the fool: “Big Brother will make you do the wackiest things you have ever done in your life.

“So you have to be prepared to laugh at yourself and not take things too seriously. Leave your inhibitions at the door, otherwise you won’t last very long.”

SURVIVING THE HOUSE

Romance: “I never went into the house to find a boyfriend, it just happened. Looking back it wasn’t such a bad thing because Ziggy and I gave people something to talk about while we were in the house.

“But it’s very intense to go through all those emotions in front of the nation so I wouldn’t jump into something just for the sake of it. And don’t be a bunny boiler! No one likes a bunny boiler and you’ll get stuck with that label forever.”

Wild antics: “I wanted to have as much fun as I could. It doesn’t take long before you forget about the cameras and let your hair down.

“They gave us quite a lot of booze, which was great at the time but be careful if you’re one of those people who get mad when you’ve had a few.

“No-one wants to look back and see the evidence that they’re a bad drunk – remember Kinga?”

Rows: “I was not going to be bullied in the house, which is so important when you’re living with a bunch of new people.

“There’s loads of egos and it would be easy to sit in the corner and take it. But if you feel strongly about something then stand up for yourself.

“Obviously never let it get violent, but don’t be afraid to say what you think. People will respect you for it.”

Tantrums: “Going into the house I never said to myself: ‘Right, have a tantrum every day.’ It was just a reaction to what was going on in the house.

“But you can’t be scared to show your emotions. It proves you are a real human being.

“People don’t want to see a robot who doesn’t react to anything, that’s just boring.”

MAKING A CAREER AFTER

Agent: “As Charley Uchea found out, you need to find the right agent for you. You have to get on well with them and, most importantly, trust that they are going to do what’s right for you.

“Like her or hate her, people tuned in to see Charley but she never made the most of that afterwards. She missed out.”

Don’t expect too much: “Many people come out and think they are going to be the next Ant or Dec, but you have to be realistic.

“I haven’t pigeon-holed myself and tried loads of stuff like modelling, music and even launching my own perfume.”
Ambition: “If you know what you want then go for it. But be open-minded and prepare to work hard.

“Some girls think they are going to be a top presenter and look down on girls who’ve tried modelling. Well, they soon get a wake-up call.

“I think I have taken on the advice I have been given and kept my dignity at the same time.”

Stay grounded: “Don’t become a diva because you never know how long you’re going to be famous for.

“Keep your friends and family around you, they’ll quickly tell you if you’re getting a big head.”

The only reason the Daily Star resorts to such nonsense, is because people are dim witted enough to believe them. If no-one gave credence to their stories, they wouldn't bother printing them. Shows what fools the public are.

Lets face it, we don't want to listen to her two series' on the run. We want new people this year. So we can start fresh. And if Chanelle went back in, Charley would be climbing the walls to kill her
